Welcome to the Street by Street 2018/19 participant area! All programme documents are downloadable from this participant area.
We have kept the questionnaire and fill-in documents as Word files, so that you can download and use them on a computer without having to print them out; however, this may occasionally cause some disruptions in the document layouts, so apologies if anything appears messy or jumps around. If at any point you would prefer paper copies or downloadable pdfs for you to print yourself, or encounter any particularly difficult issues with the Word documents, do let us know.
