As part of Low Carbon West Oxford’s carbon cutting initiatives, we have been working on a corporate environmental scorecard of 16 large retailers in our community.

We have written a report on our findings, ‘Not-So-Super-Stores: Are the big retailers in our West Oxford community helping or hindering climate action?’, which we are launching this month to coincide with Oxfordshire Great Big Green Week.

Please join us to mark its release at its launch from 5.30-7pm on Monday 26th September, in the Museum Makers room, at the Museum of Oxford, in Oxford Town Hall.

We will hear from the project team, as well as from Cllr Susanna Pressel, Chair of Oxfordshire County Council, and Erinch Sahan, Business and Enterprise lead at the Doughnut Economics Action Lab and former chief executive of the World Fair Trade Organization.
