A word of warning – reported difficulties

The grant scheme is proving popular.  Sadly, however, it seems that there are some issues with finding registered installers and managing supply and demand.  We are hoping that the Government will see this grant’s popularity and also be aware of the scheme’s limitations, and find a more effective way to deliver its benefits longer term, and we are writing to the Government to let them know it needs to be better.

As LCON say, despite teething problems, it is still definitely worth checking out, if you are considering some retrofit works in your home.
