LCWO, in partnership with Oxford City Council, created and cares for a wildlife area in Botley Park, known as Kingfisher Corner. The spot is set to expand in the coming years, creating more wonderful space for local wildlife and local residents to enjoy.
The site is free to visit, and is the perfect spot for a picnic. It’s a stop on our West Oxford Tree Trail, and the venue for occasional wildlife events and volunteering opportunities throughout the year.
